This Adobe Express audit grew from an initial audit on the template user journey to a full audit of our Home experience and Editor menus. The more design teams saw this audit, the more enthusiastic they became to be part of this practice.
B2B and enterprise content and design strategy was my primary focus at Adobe. This deck explains the strategy I developed going into 2025. This strategy was based on research, audits, and overarching company goals at the time.

Adobe had a template deficit for Express that had to be filled as quickly as possible. I wrote directions for design and developed content for hundreds of templates that ranged from printed merch, to social media spots, to white paper presentations.
I established template creation guidelines to make communication between the design group and Adobe strategy seamless and consistent. To do this included research, designer feedback loops, template content design reviews, and adherence to changing social media requirements.
I worked closely with Adobe research, creating product audits, identifying content redundancies, and developing projects to be put on the roadmap for 2025.
